Days before Romanian licence announcement, NYX also revealed that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Solverde S.A. which is operating five brick-and-mortar casinos in Portugal thus expressing their interest in expanding to the Portuguese online gambling market that is a newly regulated scene.
