Last month we informed you that online gaming company 32Red announced a impressive 19% rise in gaming revenues for the first quarter of 2014, well today those figures look set to rise even further as the company have now announced a sponsorship deal with one of the UK's biggest football teams Glasgow Rangers.
32Red are no strangers to the footballing world as they currently sponsor Newport County and Crawley Town, and have sponsored Premier League team Aston Villa in recent seasons too. Chief Executive Officer of 32Red is Ed Ware and he had this to say about the new three year deal that comes into force at the beginning of next season. He said, “We are delighted to be working with Rangers Football Club and look forward to being part of the continued rise and return of the Club. 32Red has a history of successful football club sponsorship deals and we look forward to the next three seasons and our new and proud association with a club with such heritage and potential.”
Graham Wallace is the Chief Executive at Glasgow Rangers and he is “delighted” with the new deal as he said, “We are delighted to announce today a three-year shirt sponsorship deal with 32Red, the UK’s premier online casino company. We look forward to working closely with them over the next three seasons in a partnership that we believe will be hugely beneficial to both parties.”
No financial details were released regarding the three year deal, but the 32Red brand will no doubt be clearly visible around the ground, as well as being strategically placed on the clubs digital and mobile platforms, and with the club just one promotion away from returning to the top level of Scottish football both parties will no doubt benefit greatly from the new deal.
