Today is the turn of the Swedish online gaming company Mr Green who have announced a massive 64% increase in revenues for the first six months of this year compared to the same period last year.
Mr Green announced their latest figures over the course of the weekend and their revenues for the first six months of this year currently stand at SEK223.5million, up from the SEK136million from the same time last year, which in US$ is roughly $34.3million.
The Chief Executive for Mr Green is Mikael Pawlo and he had this to say about his companies latest figures. He said, “The online casino Mr Green continued to grow robustly in the second quarter, both in terms of sales and profit. The underlying reason for the continued high growth is Mr Green’s ability to provide players with a stimulating gaming experience in combination with the positive reception to the launch of the casino on new platforms including tablet computers and smart phones.”
Mr Green only launched in 2008, but already they are one of the leading online casinos available on the market today, attracting players from across the globe, something that Mr Pawlo was quick to point out. He added, “In addition, Mr Green possesses a very interesting development portfolio. During the quarter, we continued to invest in several new casino solutions that we believe will be highly appreciated by today’s casino visitors and which will also attract new visitors. Through a carefully planned investment in smart phones and tablet computers with a firm focus on the gaming experience, the online casino Mr Green has good potential to continue to outgrow the market.”
