Lady of the Moon is a five reel, thirteen payline slot game based on an ancient Chinese legend that tells the story of price Hou I and his wife Tschang O, who ate the herb of immortality and ascended to the moon. The Topgame title first appeared in August 2015 and the initial signs suggest this is one very interesting slot game. Number 13, considered to be lucky in Chinese culture, appears in different aspects of the slot, with five reels and thirteen paylines in place for starters.

Lady of the Moon is no different than most other video slots, at least when the gameplay format is concerned. The good news is that four high symbols will award payouts even when two matching icons from this group appear on an active payline, starting from reel I. All symbols apart from Scatter pay left to right and amounts shown in the Paytable will be multiplied by your bet per line.

When it comes to special icons, the game contains three of these. Fool Moon Wild is in place to substitute for regular symbols and complete winning combinations where possible. It is important to note though that Wild cannot substitute for Yellow Shrub Scatter and Yellow Flower Bonus icons.

When it comes to bet options, the game makes things very easy for the player, considering that maximum 13 paylines are fixed, while each spin will cost you exactly one coin per line or thirteen credits in total. This means that all that’s left to do is select the desired coin value, which can be anywhere from $0.01 to $$5.

While other high symbols offer decent payouts as well, Tschang O stands head and shoulders above the rest, paying 13, 130, 1300 and 13000 credits respectively for two, three, four and five matching icons on any active payline. This means that you can theoretically land up to 169,000 credits on a single spin of the reels.

There are a total of four aforementioned high value symbols and these include the main heroine Tschang O, a warrior with bow and arrow, another warrior holding an axe and cute white rabbit. We have already spoken about special icons, represented by Full Moon, Yellow Shrub and Yellow Flower, with the list completed by fighting stick, bow & arrows, hatchet and mortar & pestle.

Three Yellow Shrub icons appearing anywhere on reels I, III and V trigger the Free Spins round, awarding 13 free games. Meanwhile, three or more Bonus icons on an active payline will result in a payout of up to 3,300 credits.
