888 to Join Forces With Avenue Capital Investment Group in America
America has a strict set of rules when it comes to gambling and even more so when it comes to gambling online, so much so that each independent state require a set of bills to be passed before allowing such activities.
In recent weeks, New Jersey, Nevada and Delaware have had their online gambling bills passed by the appropriate sub committees and committees and many other states hope that their bills will be passed soon as well. Such is the positive effect of these bills online giants 888.com are preparing to launch their business to the American market.
888 have joined forces with Avenue Capital Investment Group and the pair have set up a joint partnership called The All American Network, and everything is in place and ready for when more bills are passed and given the go ahead in the American states.
A spokesperson for 888.com had the following to say when asked about the new venture. They said, “The company will be able to move rapidly into the huge consumer gambling market when it is given the green light.”
It seems as though the 888 Group are planning big business in America as they have already announced two other deals in recent weeks. The first sees 888 Poker joining forces with Treasure Island Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, an agreement that will see them launch online poker later this year, once they have been given the go ahead to do so. Also they recently announced a deal to provide their poker software to Caesars Interactive Entertainment as well.
It seems as though the 888 Group are going from strength to strength and it looks like online poker and online gambling will be returning to many American states sooner rather than later.
