Amaya Gaming Group Incorporated, a server and network-based gaming firm based in Montreal, Canada, has recently signed a licensing deal good for three years that will provide proprietary and branded games to Belgian firm Circus Services SPRL and their domain Casino777.be. Amaya Gaming will be using their platform to provide such services.
This subsidiary of the Circus Group also operates 15 gambling halls and a pair of Casino. Casino777.be is also Belgium’s first regulated gambling website, which was launched late last year.
David Baazoy, CEO and President of Amaya Gaming Group said the deal was very significant to them. He said that there is more evidence that both traditional and online gaming have converged and that it’s taking place all over the world. This partnership with Circus Group was a delightful offer that could help Circus grow in their online offering. This will also help Amaya grow their business online and offline as well.
Amaya has recently completed a compulsory purchase of online games developer Cryptologic Limited. This was their introduction to future partnerships with Belgian operators.
