Jumanji The Bonus Level is a live game show by Playtech with a Jumanji theme and six bonus rounds. Okay, so there’s a lot to cover with Jumanji The Bonus Level live game. For starters, it’s a live game show by Playtech launched in 2023. The theme is jungle – but more specifically, the jungle board game from the movie of the same name.

Just like in the movie, players assume the role of one of the four protagonists – Ruby Roundhouse, Professor Sheldon “Shelly” Oberon, Franklin “Mouse” Finbar and Dr Xander “Smolder” Bravestone.

At the start of every round, players face two giant 43-segment wheels. Both spin at the same time and players wager on 8 different betting positions – 1, 2, Jungle Royale,  Monkey Valley, Wild Spin, Snake Bite, Path of Jumanji, and Rhino Run.

Besides these eight options, the two wheels also contain Jaguars Head, 1 and 2 Character Groups, individual characters – Ruby, Shelly, Mouse, Smolder, and Respin 2x. The outcomes of the two wheels determines the fate of the round – if it’s a payout only or a path to one of six bonus rounds.

The RTP for the base game is 97.63%. However, each bonus round has its own special RTP and rules and payouts. The highest you can win in the game overall is 5,000x the stake.

So, to play Jumanji The Bonus Level, you need to select a stake and place it on one of eight positions and wait for the wheels to stop. You get your prize (if any is won) instantly paid out. There are 4 potential outcomes: a Number win (1 or 2), one Bonus Round unlocks, Saving Jumanji unlocks (with 2 Jaguar heads), or a loss that gets 50% of the bet returned. In other words, the worst-case scenario for you is a 50% return of the bet.

The game gives you 15 seconds to choose your avatar (one of the four protagonists) and place stakes. It’s worth noting that if your character wins on the wheel, you get a double payout. Saving Jumanji Bonus does not require a bet. Instead, it’s won if you hit Jaguar Heads on both wheels at the same time, which leads to a Saving Jumanji Ceremony paying between 5x and 11x. You can also hit the Saving Jumanji bonus round from Path of Jumanji and Rhino Run bonus rounds – the winning potential grows to 100x-1569x the stake.

Jumanji The Bonus Level has a betting range of $1-$100 per round. On each round, you can place a stake on eight possible positions – 1, 2, and the six Bonus rounds.

Saving Jumanji Bonus pays 5x-11x if you win in by hitting two Jaguar heads on the two wheels. If you gain entrance to Saving Jumanji from Rhino Run or Path to Jumanji, you might win 100x-1569x the stake. The highest possible win in the game is 5,000x the stake.

When you first open the game, you will see two wheels that spin at the same time. Bonus rounds are on the left wheel, while characters, Respins, etc are on the right wheel. If you hit your character on the wheel, you get a double payout. Landing a bonus round on the left unlocks the bonus round, while the result from the right wheel complements the bonus round with additional payouts or similar.

Now, let’s talk about the six bonus rounds. They are:

Saving Jumanji is a special bonus that unlocks only if you land on two Jaguar heads on the wheels. You can also enter Saving Jumanji from Rhino Run and Path of Jumanji Bonus Rounds.

Jungle Royale

The Jungle  Royale Bonus is a 2-player game where players throw items at the Van Pelt villain to destroy his health points. A throw (missile) carries a Multiplier which is then added to your payout. If you do destroy him, you get 10x on top of the collected Multiplier. Stones are worth 2x, Banana and Boomerangs 6x. Missiles are randomly selected.

Monkey Valley

Monkey Valley is a Pick feature where you pick one of three bridges across which monkeys are supposed to run. The point is to pick the bridge that is left unscathed at the end or at the very least, the least damaged once monkeys go across. With each bridge you get potential Multiplier range and percentage of possible damage. You get the payout that is left at the end (as they go over the bridge, they destroy much of the payout the bridge had) and you get the remains. If your bridge is destroyed, the consolation prize is 5x.

Snake Bite

Snake Bite is a 5-card game with 1 deck where cards can either have a Basked, Antidote, and Snake value. Dealer draws 5 face-down cards, and you pick 3. Once the cards are revealed, you receive the payout (can be between 4x and 40x).

Wild Spin

Wild Spin is a money wheel game wit 54 segments. The segments are Animals, Characters, and Respins. The animals have their payouts, while landing on a Respin increases all potential payouts by 5x and grants another wheel spin. Landing on a Character doubles the payouts for that specific character with a new respin granted. The round ends when the wheel stops on an animal – Butterfly, Ostrich, Leopard, and Rhinos. Rhinos pay 40x, which is the highest payout.

Rhino Run

This is a rhino-themed Cash Collect bonus with three lanes with corresponding chests with up to 6 slots. Players pick a chest at the beginning of the round, where you have Drops that bring Multipliers, Jewels and Cash Collect icons onto the lane. Rhinos occasionally stampede through the lanes. This is by far the most volatile round connected to The Saving Jumanji bonus round.

Path of Jumanji

This is a dice board game where you pick an animal and watch the four dice on the board shake. The result of the dice shaking (four colored dice for four animals, with colors matching as a die corresponds to an animal) translates into the number of steps the animal takes on the board enroute to the center of the game. The least you can win is 30x. Path of Jumanji is linked to the Saving Jumanji bonus round at the end.
