Our Experience Playing The Tipsy Tourist: Christmas Vacation

The game is charming, we’ll give you that. It has two things that every modern Betsoft game has to have: Hold & Win and Buy Bonus.

And it’s festive, something that Betsoft loves to do.

Still, it’s a game that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

It’s full of features, but they do not overpower the game. Hold & Win remains the game’s bonus focus, subtly aided and supported by Wilds and Mystery Symbols. Even the Cooler Box feature adds depth and flair without taking away the attention from the Hold & Win.

And the Hold & Win feature looks more and more like Free Spins, with its 9 Respins instead of 3-Respin counter that can reset when BONUS icons drop.

Curious, inventive, and fun.

The volatility struck a good balance for us, because we found it not too challenging but not too  lenient. The top win of 5,000x gives the game the cherry on top. Another thing we liked is the buy option, because it felt like it was fairly priced, and not just money grab.
