Money Time is a money wheel game show, which means there’s nothing overly special about its gameplay that requires extensive strategies or guides. Instead, there’s a giant wheel in the middle of the studio which spins at given intervals, offering some kind of prize depending on which segment the wheel stops spinning.

In Money Time, there’s two options: either hit a Multiplier or a bonus round. There are 54 segments on the wheel, and you place stakes on groups of segments you think will win. The possible bet options are these: 1, 2, 5, 10, Cash Roll, Bank Heist, Coin Rush, Money Time.

The first four are Multipliers, the other four are bonus rounds. If you wager on them and the wheel stops at that segment, you win.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to playing Money Time.

1. Place your bets on the chosen segments on the wheel. You can wager on numbers (1, 2, 5, 10) or aim for one of the four bonus segments. There is a 12 second betting window for this step.
2. Once betting has ended, the host spins the wheel. The spin may also activate a random betspot booster ranging from 2x–50x. If your selected spot matches the boosted segment, your payout increases accordingly.
3. The wheel spins until it stops. If the wheel lands on a number, those that have wagered on the corresponding segment will win the corresponding payout. When the wheel lands on a certain bonus segment, players that wagered on it will enter the side games (Cash Roll, Coin Rush, Bank Heist, or Money Time).
4. Once the winners are paid out and the bonus round (if any) has ended, a new round starts, with a new betting window.

The game brings a solid RTP rate of 96.56%, which is great if you want to play a game with a better temperament than most other live dealer games.

Betting is flexible, so it’s probably going to work both for casual players and high rollers. The minimum bet starts at $/€0.10, while the maximum reaches $/€4600. This is the maximum game’s limit, which is huge. Add to that the fact that you can win up to 40,000x and it’s a very solid sum.

Every spin of the wheel may trigger a 2x–50x multiplier on a random bet spot. The Multiplier can apply to numbers or bonus segments.

Bonus Rounds

There are four bonus rounds.

• Cash Roll: This round features a die which is rolled to reveal six golden briefcases on the screen. The briefcases hold prizes. The round features one die roll, which opens one of the six briefcases. Before the die is rolled, all briefcases may receive a bonus booster of up to 10x. The prizes possible in this round range from 100x to 5,000x with boosters.

• Coin Rush: The second round features a quick pick-a-prize style game on an 8×8 coin grid. The round can also see 5x boosters which can multiply rewards, offering up to 25,000x with betspot boosters. The lowest maximum payout is 500x, which is the top payout without the Betstop booster.
• Bank Heist: The next round is a bingo round. Sixteen deposit boxes conceal multipliers or boosters. The balls are drawn until they match the multiplier prize. This high-ceiling round can deliver up to 800x without the betspot, or up to 40,000x with betspot boosters.
• Money Time Feature: The main bonus round. Played in a golden vault, players select red, green, or blue boxes, with Respins and multipliers increasing potential payouts up to 580x. Betspots allow payouts to reach up to 29,000x.

These are the main rounds and boosters in the game. There’s nothing else – but this is more than enough to have a pleasant and fast-paced adventure in Money Time.

Transitions into bonus rounds are fast and visually engaging, from sliding briefcases in Cash Roll to the 8×8 coin grid in Coin Rush. Ultimately, everything looks glossy and professional, although we would have loved to see a different theme explored in game shows, especially wheel games that can quickly get repetitive.

Our Experience Playing Money Time

Money Time is marketed as a game that delivers high drama and unpredictable excitement. What we found while inspecting the game was a bit more subtle than that, as the dramatic turnovers and moments were kind of missing while we played.

But we admit that the promise of bonus rounds is enough to keep the energy high. The Bank Heist round is a standout for its potential to deliver life-changing wins, while Cash Roll and Coin Rush offer quick, adrenaline-filled side games.

The Betspots – 2x–50x boosters – are kind of like a Wild Multiplier in the game, because they might not seem like much at first, but they are actually the most potent booster in the game. They can augment every bonus round payout, which is why you get to have such a high payout potential in the end.

Then again, we consider the game very volatile, so we recommend careful bankroll management and not letting yourself get lost in the game, despite the big promises that the game offers of wins reaching 40,000x.
