Released near the end of 2013 by Microgaming, Meerkat Mayhem is a simple five reel thirty payline video slot that depicts meerkats in a never before seen environment. This is a low variance slot that pays out small amounts pretty frequently, so if you are searching for the life-changing payouts, you might want to look elsewhere. The object of the game is to receive at least three matching icons on an active payline starting from the leftmost reel, with only Scatters paying out regardless of the position. You can check the payline scheme within the paytable, which also features expected payouts on all game symbols. All amounts are displayed in coins and are then multiplied by your line bet or stake per line, which is basically your coin value. Pressing spin or autospin starts the game, with your current balance displayed at all times and game pays showing how much you have won after each spin.

Maximum 30 paylines are activated by default, but you can lower the amount by pressing down arrow within lines or simply click on the desired number of lines shown to the left and right of the reels. The Wild symbol is used to substitute for all non-Scatter icons in winning combinations, but it does not offer a payout on its own. Meanwhile, Queen acts as Scatters, multiplying your total stake 2x, 3x and 5x respectively. Meerkat Devil only appears on reel 3, but it can turn between two and four symbols Wild, thus increasing your winning chances. Meerkat Devil only substitutes for diver, meerkat on the beach, meerkat on the motorcycle, pilot and mariachi symbols.
