Lightning Dragon Tiger is a live Dragon Tiger game by Evolution that is finally getting the “Lightning” upgrade with huge Multipliers. Following the release of Lightning Lotto, Evolution was quick to announce the release of not one but two Lightning titles to contribute to the Lightning series – Lightning Dragon Tiger and Lightning Storm. Instead of a regular 1:1 payout for Dragon and Tiger hands, you might get paid 8:1. If you bet on a Tie/ Suited Tie, you can get 416:1 and 1280:1 payouts, respectively – and not 6.5:1 or 20:1. In other words, Lightning Dragon Tiger is a unique variant of the famous Cambodian card game where players get a chance to have way bigger payouts and exciting game rounds thanks to the Lightning Round.

To play Lightning Dragon Tiger, players first get a chance to place wagers during the betting phase. Once that’s done, the Lightning round begins, where multipliers are assigned to certain numbers (cards).

In the main part of the game, the host draws a card for Dragon and the Tiger hand each. The higher card wins – and if you wager on it, you win too. The main thing about Lightning Dragon Tiger that we can classify as a bonus is the Lightning round. This ‘round’ refers to the phase of the round preceding the card deal. Namely, right after the players finish placing bets in the betting phase, the Lightning round starts. In this phase, one of four card suits used in the game will be selected as the Lightning suit, thereby receiving a Lightning Multiplier from 2x to 8x.
