Leading table game and slots specialist Play’n GO are starting the year strong, with four new releases under their belt already. The developer is gradually moving towards reaching the 2020 goal, which is to come out with a game every week. The recently announced final release for this month is a video slot called Coywolf.
The Wolf-like Creature Brings Luck
The game centers on an animal informally known as the coywolf or even a woyote, and is a wolf hybrid which is found in North America. Though it’s neither a coyote or a wolf, coywolf has some of their characteristics, which made it an exceptionally clever predator that has adapted to changes in their environment and is on the top of its respective food chain.
The game’s design has been inspired by the Coywolf’s habitat, the woodland forests of Northern America, as can be seen in the artwork and imagery used. It also features animals such as Wolverines, Lynxes and Foxes which serve as game symbols.
CEO Johan Törnqvist spoke about the latest release:
“We capture the essence of every game in its design — for example, the colourful tropical feel in Rainforest Magic.
It was a lot of fun to base the game around an animal as interesting as the coywolf; I had no idea what they were before we started designing this game!

Törnqvist also said this about the latest release: “With this game, the design reflects the nature and the surroundings of the Coywolf to immerse players in the game fully.
A game should be an experience, not just a pastime, and that’s what we create with our releases,” he concluded.
The game comes right before ICE, the industry’s biggest event, where the audience will be able to experience a wide selection of Play’n GO titles such as Coywolf Cash firsthand.
