Play’n GO, a global leader in casino entertainment, has officially launched its game portfolio in South Africa. The game studio signed a deal with the Goldrush Group, which marked a major step in the company’s strategic expansion across the African market.
Access to Iconic Titles
Play’n GO is among the biggest and most famous game studios in iGaming, having created several world-famous video slots such as Book of Dead and Reactoonz.
The new partnership, announced today, will allow players across the Goldrush and Gbets brands to access Play’n GO’s most iconic titles, including Book of Dead, Rise of Olympus, Reactoonz and its sequels, Fire Joker, Honey Rush, and many others. With this move, Play’n GO strengthens its foothold in a rapidly growing region for online gaming.
James Baxandall, Head of Regional Sales Africa at Play’n GO, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration.
“The Goldrush Group have been a first-class operator for many years and I’m really excited to bring our game portfolio to their players. I have no doubt that globally recognized classics such as Book of Dead will perform exceptionally well with their player base. This is a partnership that I expect to grow for many years to come.”
Successful Partnership
Goldrush Group, a long-established name in the South African gaming market with over two decades of experience, operates both retail and online gaming services. The addition of Play’n GO content will further enrich its offering, providing local players with world-class entertainment.
Peter Amblianities, Head of Marketing at Goldrush Group, welcomed the deal as well.
“Goldrush is excited to partner with yet another world class gaming provider in Play’n GO to bring our valued customers even more slots to enjoy on Goldrush.co.za. Epic new slots titles to Feel the Rush on include Honey Rush, Rise of Olympus, Perfect Gems and much, much more! We look forward to exceptional growth with Play’n GO.”
This announcement cements Play’n GO’s commitment to becoming a major player on the African continent. The company continues to build momentum in regulated markets worldwide. In fact, only a couple of weeks before, the company signed another milestone deal with Betfred, which is important for Play’n GO’s expansion in the UK.
