As if Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt weren’t revolutionary enough, Evolution is taking it up a notch. The new game is playable in the VR regime, too! Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt is the first Evolution game to be playable as Virtual Reality.
The live game draws inspiration from NetEnt’s classic character Gonzo, first appearing in the 2013 video slot. The Swedish slot provider has had attempts at driving Gonzo to VR, but this is the first successful one. Recently, Evolution has acquired rivals NetEnt, Red Tiger, and Big Time Gaming.
The main feature of the original online slot is looking for the hidden treasure among 70 stones. The live variant reflects upon the mission and displays a live slot board with 70 positions.

Players can play Gonzo’s Treasure Hunt by using a VR headset and controller. The VR mode is now fully available. In turn, the game promises an extremely immersive gaming experience – as real as it gets.
