
MGM is launching its in-house developed M life Rewards loyalty program, which will be available at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa from June 7.
This means all MGM Resorts visitors will be able to play and earn at one of the company’s numerous destinations and enjoy in custom-made offers, exclusive benefits and access the entire portfolio that MGM offers.
M life Rewards will replace the current My Borgata Rewards program.
Tom Ballance, President and Chief Operating Officer for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, said the company was extremely eager to introduce the new loyalty program, which would connect Borgata customers to company’s sister properties all around the country.
Ballance pointed out the fact MGM Resort was expanding its presence on the US market with the recent opening of MGM National Harbor in Maryland and the upcoming opening of MGM Springfield in Massachusetts.
M life Rewards’ Tiers
MGM’s loyalty program offers five member tiers – Sapphire, Pearl, Gold, Platinum and the premium one, called Noir, which is invitation-only. It is completely free to sign up for the program, while its benefits will surely attract many new members.
Aside from personalized offers and free parking, members can be awarded with a wide variety of unique experiences, from a complimentary day at the spa to wine tasting and cooking with some of the country’s greatest chiefs.
Jordan Salmon, Vice President of Loyalty Marketing for MGM Resorts International, said the company was looking forward to welcoming new members from Borgata and sharing its iconic experiences with them.
Earning With M life Rewards
Earning comes in four different forms. Players can earn Points, Slot Dollars, Express Comps and Tier Credits.
Points are earned by playing slot machines and can be used the same day or saved for use in the future. Points can be exchanged for Slot Dollars or Express Comps.
Express Comps are earned by playing slots, table games, and poker and from Racebook bets at Borgata.
Tier Credits determine a member’s tier level and are also earned through slots, table games, and poker and from Racebook bets. Tier level brings different benefits, including discounts, access to concerts, flight tickets and much more.
Your earnings can be spent at Borgata or when visiting any of the other 16 MGM Resorts that participate in M life Rewards program: Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, MGM Grand, The Signature at MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas, The Mirage, Monte Carlo, New York-New York, Luxor, and Excalibur in Las Vegas; Beau Rivage and Gold Strike in Mississippi; MGM Grand Detroit; and MGM National Harbor in Maryland.
