Game Account Network (GAN) has been selected by a billion-dollar US casino client to launch real money Regulated Gaming in Europe with a $1.4 up-front cash payment and a multi-year marketing commitment with material income participation for the award-winning developers from Ireland.
After a due diligence process, an unnamed major multi-property casino operator from the regional US gaming market with revenues over $1 billion has selected GAN to launch an international overseas real money internet casino gaming website and mobile App which are expected to be promoted in 2017.
GAN will sign a seven-year contract with the US client to target Europe and other International regulated gaming markets outside the United States of America.
The online casino will operate on GAN’s existing infrastructure and will be compliant with the technical and legal requirements of the UK Gambling Commission.
Irish developers are to participate materially in the net income generated by a unique casino offering principally targeting a growing European market which is forecast to reach a value of $16.5 billion in 2017.
“This contract is a material long term revenue opportunity for GAN and an exciting opportunity for the Client to expand their land-based US gaming operations into the online channel, overseas.”, GAN CEO Dermot Smurfit said according to Business Wire.
GAN has been making huge strides forward in recent times as the company has also struck a deal with Australian firm Reel Time Gaming to bring online slot machine games into the US market.
What is more, Game Account Network have also started collaborating with the Japanese arcade gaming giant Konami, while the company is also working on bringing virtual reality casino gaming to the online universe.
